What is HICAPS
HICAPS is Australia’s leading ancillary health claims billing solutions for health professionals, including chiropractors.
We offer HICAPS on the spot claiming via a clinic terminal. This terminal allows us to use your private health insurance card to access your rebate at the time of your visit. You must bring your card to your appointment as our chiropractors physically swipe your card through the machine in order to process your claim and grant your rebate.
Almost all health funds can be accessed via HICAPS in Australia, however international health funds or travel temporary health fund card may not be. Our chiropractors will let you know if your card cannot be used and we will give you a receipt to send in to claim your rebate.
